USAID freeze impacts civil society organizations in Syria

The USAIDs suspension in northern and eastern Syria influenced local institutions and organizations in the region. In Kobani, six local civil society organizations suspended their activities, according to Saifuddin Qadir, a volunteer with the Al Raed Development Organization.
